MAEPSA offers a complete range of products and services to meet any upstream, downstream and energy markets requirements.

Founded in 1998, we have grown into a recognized solution provider, emergency supplier and large stockist. We supply specialized equipment to EPC’s, end users and resellers across Mexico and LATAM.

Philosophy

We recognize the importance of fast and reliable delivery times. By maintaining large stocks over an ever widening product range the company is less dependent on “Factory Lead Times” with an increasing percentage of orders being satisfied from stock. We constantly monitor stock movements and trends to ensure that our stocks are maintained at suitable levels. When we get a new customer, we aim to keep the customer and develop a long-term relationship through our good service.

MAEPSA considers itself as an efficient and competitive supply procurement chain in the business. As a single source of supply, there are clear benefits for our clients: one purchase order, one inspection and only one shipping cost. We consolidate projects and simplify the process. MAEPSA listens to what customers want while working with manufacturers and continually upgrade specifications of our stockholdings. New and upgraded products are constantly reviewed and, if there is a market need we will stock it.

Safety and Methodology

MAEPSA is always looking to provide good and safe working conditions across its facilities.

Especially at our CAD (Automation & Distribution Center), we encourage our employees to work safely through communication, education and participation, aiming to reduce or eliminate the number of injuries in our workplace making personal well-being an objective.

The right tools, safety equipment and first-aid kits are available and everyone knows their location and proper use.

At MAEPSA, we believe that a prompt response and a right methodology are the key to fulfill any inquiry; either you need us to supply a single product, a package of solutions or a specific service.

Anti-Corruption Policy

Mantenimiento Equipos de Proceso S.A. de C.V. is committed to ensuring that each operation meets its legal obligations and prevents, detects and eliminates corrupt practices, and cooperates to reduce opportunities for bribery and corruption.

Mantenimiento Equipos de Proceso S.A. de C.V. requires all staff at all times to act honestly and with integrity and to safeguard the resources for which they are responsible. Bribery is an everpresent threat to these resources and therefore must be a concern to all members of staff.

Mantenimiento Equipos de Proceso S.A. de C.V. believes that it is essential to create an environment in which everyone feels that they can raise any matters of genuine concern without fear of disciplinary action being taken against them or fear of reprisal. All employees are actively encouraged to report all cases of suspected corruption either to their line manager, to another member of management or general direction. Each person within our organization has a duty to speak out against suspicious acts to help prevent, detect and report instances of suspected bribery and wrong doing.

We do not tolerate any form of corruption (including the giving and receiving of bribes) within the organization and take the most serious view of any attempt to commit corrupt practices by members of staff, contractors, agents and business partners. Cases of suspected corruption will be properly investigated and appropriate action taken, including reporting to the appropriate authorities, disciplinary action, prosecution and active pursuit of recovery.

The company also expects that all third parties dealing with Mantenimiento Equipos de Proceso S.A. de C.V. apply the highest ethical standards in their business relationships and that they have an appropriate anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance programme in place.

Bribery includes, but is not limited to, the promising or granting or the requesting or receiving of benefits in money or money’s worth to a person with the aim of influencing that person in order to obtain business improperly or to gain an improper advantage. It is the offer, promise, giving, demanding or acceptance of an advantage as an inducement for an action which is illegal, unethical or a breach of trust. The most obvious form of inducement is the giving / offer of money, goods or an advantage, but it can include the promise of favors in the future. Mantenimiento Equipos de Proceso S.A. de C.V. makes no distinction between facilitation payments (small payments, sometimes known as "grease" payments) and bribes. Both are expressly prohibited.

Corruption is the misuse of public office or power for private gain; or misuse of private in relation to business.

This Policy is not intended to prohibit hospitality practices which are proportionate, properly recorded and lawful in the jurisdiction where they are carried out. Practices that are aimed at establishing/strengthening relationships with suppliers and customers and promoting Mantenimiento Equipos de Proceso S.A. de C.V. products and services, must be carried out in moderation, be transparent and not place any expectation on the recipient to reciprocate either by performing, or failing to perform, any other task in return.

Any breach of this Policy will be regarded as a serious matter and is likely to result in disciplinary and legal actions.
